Myndlog provides clinician-guided journaling and care coordination. We collect account and journaling data needed to operate the service and support therapeutic workflows.

• Application activity including prompts, assignments, and journal entries.
• Operational logs required for security, troubleshooting, and reliability.

How We Use Information

• Deliver core platform functionality for clinicians and members.
• Send security and account-related transactional messages.
• Monitor abuse, protect accounts, and maintain service integrity.

Email Practices

• We send transactional emails only (for example password reset, invites, account/security notices).
• Recipients come from direct user registration or clinician-initiated invitations.
• We do not use purchased, scraped, or third-party marketing lists.
• We honor bounce/complaint suppression and remove invalid recipients.
